The purchase of my property in Bulgaria could not have been easier.
During Corona time, only a virtual tour was possible. So on the same day, almost 60 minutes of video footage and 50+ pictures were uploaded to Google Drive. This allowed me to look at all the details (elevator, flushing, light switches, electrical appliances, etc.) in detail at my leisure by fast-forwarding and rewinding. Vladislav speaks very good English and provided an excellent video moderation of the property that I would not have expected. Every corner was recorded and authentically pointed out the defects and necessary renovations.
During the price negotiation, there was still the question of the cost of replacing the windows. Again, within a week, the appropriate offer from a local service provider was presented. By the way, the broker can be reached by phone at any time, so that one receives immediate feedback in case of questions.
The purchase agreement and forms were sent via email. Print them out and sign them in the presence of a notary, have them confirmed at the court with an apostille and send them back to Bulgaria. Transfer the money, done! The whole procedure can be done within 14 days without having been there. I received the notarial deed of ownership in Bulgaria.
I myself don't speak a word of Bulgarian, so Vladislav was able to spontaneously arrange a permanent parking space for me on the day of my arrival and we applied for an Internet connection with a provider, which was then activated by the technicians the very next day. I am absolutely thrilled with the dedication and quality this real estate team has shown me and would like to sincerely thank them for their professional service, which has gone far beyond what is the core service of a typical real estate agent.
