The period of super profits, brought by the resale of real estate in Bulgarian cities and resorts, fell from 2003-2008. Back then in Bulgaria, the cost of 1 sq.m of housing was lower by 25-50% than in other European countries. Bulgaria: the benefits of investing in real estate
Currently, the value of Bulgarian property is still lower than in other countries of the European Union. This even applies to investing in properties that are located:
