What this document regulates

The European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been applied in Bulgaria since May 25, 2018. Its purpose is to guarantee the right of privacy of individuals and the protection of their personal data.

According to article 2, paragraph 1 of the GDPR (Personal Data Protection Act), personal data is any information related to a natural person that can be identified directly or indirectly by an identification number or by one or more specific characteristics, such as physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, social or other identities.

What data do we use and what do we use it for?

"Bulgarian Resales" EOOD uses third-party standard service Google Analytics, which monitors visits to the website, tracking the behavior of visitors to the site, which occurs anonymously. For this purpose, Google Analytics uses your IP address, which in most cases may be shared with other customers of your ISP. 
On our website, you can be identified after you enter your data in the feedback form on the website, through which you send us your requests, questions, and/or other communications. 
Under the new rules, we must obtain your explicit consent to send us your data in order to answer your questions.
Therefore, we ask for your consent before sending your messages. 
"Bulgarian Resales Ltd. uses your name, email, and phone number in order to send you messages regarding the purchase, sale, rent, or consultancy of your property. 

Saving and Dissemination of Your Information

"Bulgarian Resales" LTD will not store your information in a database. 
We do not disclose or sell your information to third parties. Your data can be forwarded only to notaries, bank employees, appropriate people and services, and only in cases provided by law in connection with real estate transactions such as the purchase, sale, registration of real estate, insurance, rental, management, and maintenance of the real estate, registration of contracts for electricity, water, television and Internet.

Protection of information

HTTPS certifies the site and therefore the web server on which it is located.
