- In the first case, the buyer comes to terms with the seller on the schedule and amount of contributions. As a rule, property in Bulgaria with installment payments is apartments in fully finished apart hotels, and residential complexes.
- In the second case, the buyer takes a mortgage loan for the amount that they do not have enough to pay 100% of the cost of housing. Ownership immediately passes to the buyer. However, until the moment of full settlement with the bank, the apartment is collateral for the mortgage agreement, in case the borrower fails to pay off.
