Good afternoon, everyone! I would like to share my experience of buying a studio on the Bulgarian coast. We decided to buy an apartment by the sea so that we could come here on holiday with our daughter. Our budget was not large, and neither were our choices. We settled on the Sunny Day 6 complex, although many people tried to dissuade us because the complex is located about 5 km from the beach. The broker Artem, with whom we began working, showed us the entire complex in detail, the road to the beach, and told us about all the features of living and buying in Bulgaria. We liked the complex, it has good infrastructure, several swimming pools, and there is a place for children to play. We entrusted the entire purchase process to the agency and lawyer Emine Mehmed. We signed the contract, booked the studio, then transferred the money to the lawyer's account, and the lawyer did everything for us. We arrived at our apartment as owners on holiday. Of course, we read reviews about the agency and spoke to other buyers before trusting them. But we were very satisfied! We can recommend working with the Bulgarian Resales real estate agency!
