I had been looking at property abroad for a long time, but somehow things didn't work out. I decided to try Bulgaria and I have not regretted it! I bought a flat in the resort of Sunny Beach. This is the most wonderful place for me now! The flat was even better than on the photo, bright and fully equipped. The location is also very convenient. Close to the sea (700 metres), shops and cafes. I am satisfied with everything: and the price, and quality, and infrastructure. Now I have a cosy holiday nest! Special thanks to the real estate agency Bulgarian Resales EOOD and broker Vladislav, who helped me quickly and carefree to buy a beautiful flat of my dreams! The guys offered many different options of flats that met my needs. I was interested in the price range from 40 to 50 thousand euros. Everything is perfect. Now I can have a holiday whenever I want and not depend on any circumstances.
