Property in Bulgaria - buying a flat from Bozena, Poland

Married couple Bozena and Krzysztow, Mrozy, Poland, have become happy owners of a studio on Sunny Beach. Interestingly enough, they already had a property in the south of Burgas in Primorsko, but decided to change the location to a more developed and convenient for living all year round and for renting out the flat. So they sold their property and bought a new place on the beach with us.  The transaction was easy and quick within 2 weeks, as the owner's documents were already ready and pre-checked by a lawyer and a notary.
