Property in Bulgaria - feedback from a seller from Russia

Good afternoon, we would like to thank Bulgarian Resales for their assistance in selling our flat in Pomorie. Broker Yana worked with us, we left the keys for showings and signed a contract with the company to sell the property.   When we found a buyer, we came personally to the transaction. The lawyer prepared all the documents, certificates, we only appeared at the notary. Everything went in an organised manner.
