Property in Bulgaria - review by buyer Tomasz from Poland

I wanted to buy a property by the sea for a long time, I considered different countries, but in the end I chose Bulgaria. Through Bulgarian Resales I bought an apartment in the complex ‘Fort Noks Grand Resort’ in Sveti Vlas. At first I was a bit worried as I was doing everything remotely, but the agency team organised the process really well. They checked all the documents, helped me to open an account in a Bulgarian bank, and I came only for the signing at the notary. Now I rent my flat through a management company, which they also recommended.
