Good afternoon! We recorded this short video to tell you how we bought an apartment in Bulgaria. We searched on the internet for a real estate agency in Bulgaria and contacted Bulgarian Resales. There were good reviews about the company, we contacted the broker Artem. We had two days to choose, we were shown different options. We had two favourites in Royal Sun and Barcelo Beach Resort. We chose a flat in Barcelo Beach Resort, two minutes from the beach. We signed a deposit agreement, paid 2000 euros to the lawyer. After 3 weeks we arrived for the transaction. Artem was in contact with us all the time. We signed the documents at the deal, there was a translator from Bulgarian to Slovak. We have nothing negative or bad to say about Bulgarian Resales, it is a great agency, we were as calm as possible. Artem drove us around the other resorts Sveti Vlas, Ravda and others.
