I am the owner of an apartment in a complex in Sveti Vlas, and I would like to share my impressions of working with the real estate agency Bulgarian Resales. My wife and I had been looking for an apartment for about 6 months. We liked the town of Sveti Vlas and started searching for a suitable option. We sent enquiries to several top agencies. Broker Artem quickly got in touch with us and we started looking at options. We liked our flat right away, they gave us a small discount, and since it was a very good option, we decided to book the flat remotely. We signed a contract with the agency's solicitor and used the solicitor's account to pay for the transaction. We were present at the transaction itself, everything went well, and there was an interpreter. We are happy with our purchase and the company's service! We recommend them!
