Real estate in Bulgaria - review of the purchase of our dream studio

We are incredibly grateful to the Bulgarian Resales real estate agency and brokers Artem and Vladislav for helping us buy our dream apartment! We had been planning to buy a property with a sea view in Bulgaria for a long time, but couldn't make up our minds. We stumbled upon the agency's website and, during our communication, they provided us with several interesting options to purchase. We made a reservation remotely and then came to see it. Everything was fine, and after the seller's documents were ready, we came to close the deal. We wanted to do some minor renovations, and the agency helped us with that as well.
