I would like to say a few words of thanks to Yana and Vlad for their help, which they have given me and continue to give me for several years now. Our collaboration started with my request for help in renting a flat. Their approach to this matter really impressed me. It started with the fact that they fully prepared the apartment for renting. From replacing an outdated television set and installing a washing machine to buying new bedding and cleaning products, they had the apartment fully furnished. This was followed by a general cleaning, payment of bills and connection to the Internet and cable TV. And all of this was done quickly, efficiently and in strict compliance with the budget. Even better was the fact that the apartment was rented for the whole holiday period.
After a while the question of selling the apartment came up. To my surprise this also was solved in record time. They found a client, assembled all the necessary documents, drafted the preliminary and final contract and agreed on the time and place of the deal. My part of the job was just to make sure that the bank account was funded by the exact amount specified in the contract. As I have a few more properties on the coast I really hope that our co-operation will continue and be as fruitful and mutually beneficial as our first transactions.
