My family and I had been considering buying a house in Bulgaria for a long time, but could not find a suitable agency. Bulgarian Resales patiently advised us and offered us options until we found a house in the village of Kamenar. We liked the location, only 6 km from Pomorie, quiet and cosy. There are many foreign families living in the village, shops, park, playground and football field. 

I was impressed that the staff answered questions promptly, even when we contacted in the evening. The transaction went smoothly, but to be honest I would have liked to see more up to date listings on the website - some were already sold when we called.
