Complex "Treasure Island"is located 80m from the sandy beach, 5 minutes drive from the new Aquapark in Ravda, 3 km from the old town of Nessebar and 18 km from Bourgas airport.

The complex is located on the Riviera between Ravda and Nessebar. It consists of 5 buildings and 160 flats. In the complex there is a year-round security and maintenance service.

In the first building there is a SPA centre with various rehabilitation and beauty procedures, massages, aroma baths, solarium, steam bath, sauna, jacuzzi. A children's playground and swimming pool are provided between the buildings. The complex also has a supermarket, coffee bar and reception area. The flats in the complex will be available for rent all year round.
