Mida apart-hotel is situated in the central part of the famous Bulgarian Black Sea resort of Sunny Beach, in a quiet and peaceful place. The distance to the beach is about 400 meters. Within walking distance to the complex is the centre of the resort and many restaurants, discos, shops, banks, tourist agencies, clinics, post office and police station. The building has a modern architectural style.

This is one of the few complexes in the resort which have underground parking. A swimming pool for adults and children is built in the yard of the complex. Parking is built in the underground garage and the cost of the parking spaces is 15 thousand euros.
