Apartotel "Galleon" consists of three clearly separated buildings, respectively height of six, seven and eight floors, which enclose the courtyard to the north, west and south. It has a large and small swimming pool with a chic 'beach' and garden. The building is vertically divided into two parts - the ground floor is the "base", where restaurants, shops and other service areas are located, and the floors with the flats. Entrance to the hotel part is by means of a monitored passageway - via the central foyer. The arch-shaped building is topped by an extravagantly shaped roof, which gives it a sense of uniqueness and the possibility of becoming an emblem of the hotel. The railing of the loggias and the panoramic lift cladding are made from frosted glass, creating a sense of lightness and grace.

The use of quality materials has resulted in the necessary representativeness combined with a high level of safety, functionality and comfort in using the building.

The construction of the building is based on reinforced concrete structure, grid brick masonry and insulation to DIN standards, which ensure energy efficiency that meets European standards.
