Almond Hill" is a complex of 41 spacious and luxurious cottages, situated on a hill behind the resort complex Sunny Beach, which are ideal for families with children. Each cottage has its own garden and terrace, ideal for barbecue.

The ground floor features a balcony with two entrances, one to each bedroom. There is a swimming pool provided for the use of all property owners as well as a shop and a café. The complex is accessible by several different accesses from the village itself. There is also a private parking place for the comfort of the guests. The guests of the resort can use bicycles for rent and the well equipped fitness room.

The complex consists of 4 types of cottages - one-family and two-family.
"Clara" and "Elena" - two-bedroom two-family cottages
"Maria" and "Rosa" - two-bedroom two-family cottages
"Sofia" - three-bedroom one-family cottages
"Rali" - two-bedroom single family cottage type
