The development "Golden Fish" consists of one residential building. The complex is located in one of the best Bulgarian resorts Chernomorets, near the town of Sozopol, 20 km from Burgas. The beach is sandy and it is 5 minutes away from the complex. The house is suitable for whole-year round living and has all the infrastructure for living, shop, bank, post office, seafront etc.

Management is €3 per sqm per year and includes:
- full security of the holiday complex;

- provision of external utilities (electrical, B & K service) and the elimination of possible failures;
- the maintenance of the external green areas, lighting, care of the trees and shrubs.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas and grounds around the building, as well as the car parks and the areas around the garages;


Each apartment has a storage room.

The village of Čermorec is situated 25km south of Bourgas and eight kilometres from the ancient town of Sozopol. It is an ancient settlement with a rich history, which in the past bore the name of Saint Nikola. Its unique location offers a beach on a quiet northern bay and unbelievably beautiful gently sloping cliffs. To the south extends the unique King's Beach, suitable for surfing and other water sports.
The average temperature of the water from May to September is 22°C, and it is good for swimming till the end of October. The village of Chernomorets is a calm and beautiful resort village with new modern houses, small hotels and cozy bistros in cool yards immersed in the greenery, which makes your recreation real.
