We are pleased to present a new project - the J'Adore Secret Garden residential complex in Sunny Beach.

On the territory of the complex will be located reception, lobby bar, Gelato corner, fitness centre, massage studio, water mirror resembling an infinity pool with limited access for owners of independent objects on the ground floor, main designer pool with an island, gardens with deciduous trees, hydrangeas, roses, rotunda with exquisite wisteria and many other beautiful floral solutions. A children's playground for the youngest residents, as well as separate parking spaces with limited access for building owners. 

The studios and apartments will be finished turnkey with flooring and fully equipped bathrooms.

We will prepare three types of furniture for the buyers' convenience at an additional cost.

Our clients will be provided with rental management as well as additional services such as pre and post-stay cleaning and post-season maintenance.

Standard payment plan:

2000 euro deposit - upon signing the preliminary contract

40% down payment - within one month after signing the preliminary contract

30% second instalment - February 2024.

30% third instalment - July - December 2024.

At the client's request, an individual payment plan can be agreed according to his possibilities!

Completion of construction by the end of 2024.
