It is also possible to live all year round. A health centre, banks, supermarket, post office etc. are located within walking distance.

There is a public transport stop nearby and you can get to the nearest resorts of Nessebar and Sveti Vlas. But the main attraction of the complex is the luxurious swimming pool on its roof. The view from the pool is mesmerising with an incredible sea panorama.
