Gerber Residence 2 is located in Sunny Beach in a very comfortable area for living and recreation. The beach is only 450m away and the big year-round supermarket Mladost is only a 5-minute walk away. There are 2 cozy parks with a playground nearby.

The complex is located on a plot with a total area of 2 662 sq. m.
The building consists of 5 standard floors.

The structure of the building is monolithic - reinforced concrete, skeleton-beam structural system.
Walls are made of ceramic bricks, insulated from the outside with necessary thermal insulation - according to the standard. The facade is decorated with mineral water resistant plaster, stone facings, metal, etc. Window frames of PVC with thermo-bridge.
The complex is secured and has controlled access with badges. Provision is made for parking which is separated from the building by a green belt of plants.
At the back of the building is a large outdoor pool with a children's section.
