We are pleased to present you with the new residential complex “EMILIA ROMANA VERDE”. This project is the next phase of the “EMILIA ROMANA RESORT” complex. “EMILIA ROMANA VERDE” will be the embodiment of modern architecture and thoughtful design with an emphasis on sustainability and functionality. The name “VERDE” emphasizes the green concept of the project, including landscaping facades and park areas.

The complex is located in an ecologically clean and green area of Sunny Beach, neighboring the existing complexes “EMILIA ROMANA PARK”, “EMILIA ROMANA BOUTIQUE” and the next new complex "EMILIA ROMANA ESTE".
