Start of sales of a new modern complex on the Bulgarian coast ‘’J'Adore Blanc‘’. This is the third project (two already realised) of natural materials combined with a touch of luxury and comfort. The complex will be built on a plot of land of 3 440 sq.m. The complex consists of two buildings. The first one consists of 32 one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats and the second one consists of 99 flats, mostly studios and a few one-bedroom flats.

✅ Flexible payment scheme:

• 2000 euro reservation fee, payable upon signing the real estate reservation contract
• 20% down payment, payable on signing the preliminary contract
• 20 % second instalment - until 30.10.2025.
• 20% third instalment - until 30.03.2026.
• 20 % fourth instalment by 30.10.2026
• 20% fifth instalment - on completion of the project in 2027.​
