  • within 3 to 5 years deferred payment with 6.5% annual interest;
  • 5 to 7 years deferred payment with 9.7% annual interest.

In case of payment of installment in excess of 50% upon signing of the Preliminary Contract 3% discount on the sale price.

The apartment can be used (or rented) after payment of 20% of the sale price. 

The signing of the deed takes place after receipt of the full amount from the Seller.
