The house is suitable for year-round living as well as for holidays. There is a shop, bank, pharmacy, church, restaurants etc. within walking distance.

The annual fee for the maintenance and security of the property is 50 euros per year.


Final completion: March 2015

Payment scheme:

1000 euro reservation

30% after signing preliminary contract
70% on an individual schedule

Payment in instalments possible.
